Donna Miller is passionate about real estate.  At the age of 20, Donna purchased her first home and began her career in real estate. First, she collaborated with new builders in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas, and in 2005, she moved to Austin. Donna is a member of The National Association of Realtors®, The Texas Association of Realtors®, and The Austin Board of Realtor®.

In her off time, Donna mentors students at Barton Hill Elementary School.  She spends a lot of time enjoying Austin’s wonderful restaurants, beautiful biking and jogging trails, and eclectic night spots.

Born in the Midwest, Monica Blackburn moved to Houston after graduating from Coe College. In the early 90s, she and her husband moved to Austin. Looking for a place to raise their children, they chose the Barton Hills neighborhood–a choice, she says, that benefitted her family in innumerable ways. The two Blackburn daughters attended Barton Hills Elementary, O.Henry and Kealing Middle Schools, and Austin High.

Ms. Blackburn has over 20 years experience in retail marketing, property management, and leasing. Since obtaining her real estate license, her focus has shifted from commercial leasing/sales to residential sales.

When she’s not engaged with the business of Blairfield Realty and its clients, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also loves to run and spends a lot of time volunteering for Austin High School’s Academy for Global Studies.

Kevin Haines was born and raised in western South Dakota.  He grew up on a fourth generation family farm right outside of Rapid City.  In 1989 he left South Dakota joined the US Army and was stationed at Ft Hood TX.  After leaving the military in 1992 he moved to Austin and attended Austin Community College and the Business School at the University of Texas.  Kevin’s interest in real estate started with the purchase of his first home at age 24.  He spent ten years working as a retail manager for HEB Grocery Co. and in 2002 decided to get his real estate license.  Kevin purchased a home in Barton Hills in 2008 and lives there today with his wife and daughter.

His personal interests include gardening, cooking, hiking the greenbelt with his dog, and spending time with his family. Kevin is a member of the  Austin Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
