A native Texan, Ashley Sarver fell in love which the city of Austin as an undergraduate student at UT. After stints in South Texas and Los Angeles, she returned to the city she now calls home.
With a background in interior design, Ashley enjoyed success in renovating investment properties which led her naturally down the path to a full-time career in real estate.
Ashley is truly passionate about real estate and her clients are her top priority. She recognizes that each client and each transaction are unique and she works diligently to deliver first-rate, individualized service to each one through attention to detail, creative problem solving, and skilled negotiation. Her design background helps her to identify and convey a property’s potential to buyers, or offer staging suggestions to maximize a sale. Ashley understands the momentousness of finding the perfect home or selling one for maximum return, and she strives to make buying and selling process enjoyable as possible. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Texas Association of Realtors® and the Austin Board of Realtors®.
Ashley loves spending her free time with her husband and three children.
