How Much Do You Know about the Lone Star State?

 

 

It’s almost time to celebrate Texas Independence Day, the day we commemorate the adoption of the Texas Declaration of Independence on March 2, 1836. With this document, signed by 59 delegates, settlers in Mexican Texas officially declared independence from Mexico and created the Republic of Texas. And in honor of the day, we’ve prepared a quiz to see how well you know your state. You can find the answers at the bottom of this blog post (no peeking!).
