I have nothing but good to say about Blairfield Realty. Donna sold my house before it even “officially” went on the market and within 5k of the original asking price. I contacted her after she informed me that she had some prospective buyers lined up who wanted to see the house to apologize for not having had time to do more in the way of cleaning up the yard. She informed me that she had a crew coming to take care of everything so not to worry. I got home from work the next day to find the grass mowed, leaves cleaned up and a fresh layer of mulch in all the beds. Wow! They really made the place look good. I found the advice I was given to be dependably accurate from start to finish, and the whole process from listing to agreement to closing took less than two months. Who could ask for more?
