Sarah is amazing. I bought my first house with my fiancé a couple years ago. What stands out the most is Sarah’s attentiveness. It didn’t stop there. Sarah then got us in touch with the most ideal financing situation! In between all that, Sarah took control of the inspection, meetings with the seller, communication with finance, and took the lead of any repairs needed to the home before we moved in. We even ran into an electrical issue after we moved in and Sarah absorbed the cost of that! During the time we were living in the house, she made sure to keep in touch and remind us of any deadlines, for example, applying for Home Stead. Fast forward 1.5 years later, my wife and I decided to sell the house. I immediately got in touch with Sarah. She made sure the house was ready to be staged and had an open house the first weekend it was listed. We were very fortunate that someone put in an offer that weekend! My wife and I were selling the house due to divorce. Sarah was respectful and supportive. She handled our situation with empathy and sensitivity. Sarah’s communication was impeccable, comfortable, and timely. I plan on buying a house again soon, and I would definitely contact Sarah again.
