When a house that I wanted became available, Sarah provided a quick turnaround in a competitive negotiation (multiple offers, 2 backup offers). The house needed extensive repairs. Sarah set up the inspection and several contractor meetings to get me comfortable with the repairs including the time and expense required. In these times of so much information on the internet – the internet can’t provide the local market know-how Sarah provides. I very happy with the home purchase and thankful for Sarah’s assistance.
