First and foremost, Celeste understood us. Looking for a home is a very personal and unique experience, and we didn’t want to feel like a statistic. Celeste is just so naturally warm and thoughtful and appreciative that we immediately trusted our search with her. And we weren’t easy customers: for one year straight she sent us listings of homes that fit our parameters. During that time, not once did she lose energy in us or our search or the full expectation that we would find the perfect home together. She was astute enough to know when the perfect one did indeed come along, and secured a tour of the home before it was even on the market. Celeste is very clear and honest on all of the benefits and issues of not only the house but the neighborhood, expected growth, etc – and not once did we feel pressured into anything. She was available any hour of the day to discuss even the smallest detail, and the whole experience was so natural and seamless that I’m still not sure it wasn’t a dream. But we’re in our dream house, and Celeste put us there.
