Sarah is fabulous. She has represented us on multiple deals. She goes way beyond what most realtors will do. Our last purchase had a number of problematical issues (none of them due to Sarah). Sarah did a lot of negotiation with the seller’s agent and worked on them herself. She is very smart and savvy. We got through all of them and closed on the property.
