I was impressed by your smart estimation of the house’s value, and your caution about not over-promising anything. I really appreciate that. Your crews did an amazing job cleaning and staging the house. Your assistant did a great job getting some of the tricky and difficult tasks done seemingly without effort. You did an amazing job with your attention to detail. It was a pleasure to work with you. I just wish I had been in town to see the open house, and the closing! I understand that this was was an unusually quick sale and the final price was the result of this crazy market, but YOU put all the elements in place that made it possible. That’s a credit to you, since I know that nothing is ever a sure thing- especially in real estate. You also went above and beyond to get the house emptied out in record time.
