Sarah helped us find and secure our first home purchase in Austin after moving from overseas. We had been renting for over a year (Sarah helped us find our rental too) so knew the city quite well but knew nothing about the housing market.
Sarah’s extensive knowledge of the Austin market and which areas of the city were family friendly really helped us narrow down our search. We viewed almost 15 houses with her over a period of 6 weeks and each time she listened to our feedback and suggested properties that might be of interest or other areas to search in.
Throughout the whole process Sarah was very responsive to messages and calls and worked round our schedule for viewings with our young family.
When we finally found the perfect house Sarah helped us put in an offer that turned out to be really well positioned and then worked through all of the negotiation on the contract including a few repairs to the property.
I don’t think Sarah could have done any more to make the process easy for us and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for property in the Austin area.
