Sarah is completely amazing! Thanks to her and her advice we bought our dream home! I know we went to seemingly endless number of houses and found “the one” only to have not won the bid, she advised that we do a backup offer and it came back to us! Without her expertise we would have given up on “the house” and kept looking, until we found just the right one. What were looking for was literally the proverbial needle in the haystack. She is always in communication and never gives up working for you, honestly we felt like we were her only client at times, which I know we were not, its just how focused she was on our wants and needs. Honestly, working with her and purchasing our home was one of the easiest transactions we have ever done, and we owe it to her and her team working on our behalf. I can not recommend using Sarah enough, and at the end of the day we ended up making a friend, not just a realtor selling houses.
