This was our first time buying a house in 30 years and we were very nervous about what to expect moving from Omaha, Nebraska to Austin, Texas. We were lucky enough to work with Sarah Schoenfelder. We weren’t sure where in Austin we wanted to be or even what kind of place we wanted to purchase. She not only found us a perfect house but she was able to help to help us find the right neighborhood, walked us through each step of the paperwork process, and was able to work with us virtually with a flexible schedule when we were in town over two weekend. We have been in our new house for 6 months and could not be happier with our purchase!
