I bought a house (without an agent) and Donna represented the seller. I don’t use a buyers agent when purchasing, for a lot of reasons, but that’s not for everyone. Donna was ethical, a straight shooter and generally awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable about the Barton Hills real estate market, which is where this house was located. If I ever sell this house I will use Donna, and if I decide to buy again in Barton Hills I will use her as well, mainly because like I said she’s awesome, and also she’s super resourceful.
