Like Donna, Tam is inordinately energetic, capable, smart and resourceful. Between the two of them, I believe that they might be able to oversee the next Mars expedition for NASA, let alone some trifling real estate transactions in Austin.
I am trying to persuade Donna and Tam to move the business to Los Angeles and set up shop here; they would take over the town.
