We had not expected the process of selling our house to be this easy.
Sarah came over as soon as we began to think about moving out of Austin and prepared a preliminary market analysis for us. (This helped us think about what we could afford in our new city.) When we decided to make the move, she re-did the estimate and we talked about what would need to be done to get the house ready for sale. She gave us several possible scenarios (wait till we move out before putting the house on the market, staging while we were there, etc), and let us decide how to handle the selling. We decided to let Blairfield do some minimal staging while we lived there…Tamara (part of the Blairfield team) came through with an eye to what was needed – the result was that we learned a lot about how good an emptier house feels, and the house looked FABULOUS!
And when it went on the market, we had an offer for ABOVE asking price within 24 hours!
Sarah hung with us throughout the rest of the process – making sure that we knew when the sale was finally a done deal, and what could go wrong along the way. AND (since we were having to move earlier than we had planned, since the house sold so quickly) she even helped us figure out where to move to for a few weeks!
I have already recommended Sarah to other friends, and would recommend her to anyone without reservations. She knows the real estate market, she is professional, she listens very well and she does everything she can to make the process as painless as possible.
