Because Blairfield does their own staging, we didn’t have to go to a third party vendor and pay high prices for staging furniture. Monica oversaw all of the work that was done and even did some of the touch up work and cleaning herself. She quickly responded to texts and phone calls, and got us answers to the questions she couldn’t answer personally. When listing day arrived, we got an amazing response and sold the house for well over asking price. We know that this is an extraordinary market, but we have worked with Blairfield before both as buyer and sellers, and have had the same level of personal attention and detail, with great results, in a more normal market.
