Blairfield is a smaller, local real estate team that is very knowledgeable about the central Austin housing market. With the help of Blairfield Realty’s Monica Blackburn, in 2013 I was able to purchase an amazing house in east Austin which met my very picky specifications. To this day, I am still loving the home.
Monica was very good about staying on top of things and continuously following up with me, which caused me to ultimately decide to sign with her as my real estate agent. Even when Monica did not know the answer to some of my questions, she would always get back to me promptly with an answer. I also appreciated that Monica was not “fake” like some of the other real estate agents I had encountered, who only seemed to be after building their client portfolio as fast as possible. Monica was down to earth, friendly, patient, and helpful. She also had access to some upcoming home sales, before they were on MLS, which was extremely valuable in my specific situation. Couldn’t be more pleased with Monica and Blairfield!!
