Monica did a wonderful job selling our house. She helped with every step of getting the house ready, coming out to meet contractors she suggested for carpeting, window replacement, etc. Whenever small problems arose, she was unflappable, doing her best to fix them and keep everyone happy. She even sold some of our old furniture for us online, getting a good price.
