We met Monica Blackburn at an open house when we first began our home search and I am glad that we chose her as she was a great help in the purchase of our house. We may not have been the easiest clients for Monica since it took us 7 months to find the right home, but she was with us every step of the way. Monica always made time for us to view properties that we were interested in and was prompt with writing up offers. Also, Monica went the extra mile during the due diligence process by helping out with arranging and meeting with inspectors/contractors when we could not get away from our jobs. To sum it up, Monica is extremely hard-working, ethical, patient, and she will not try to get you excited about a house that is not right for you. We really enjoyed working with Monica and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell property in the Austin area.
